Tan Chuan Hong: The Penang Hill cable car often fails, prove that Penang Pakatan Harapan is incompetent!

Vice chairman of MCA Penang State and chairman of the Bagan Division, Tan Chuan Hong criticized the senior government officials of Pakatan Harapan Government for dominating the high positions of Penang Hill organization but fail to do work and improper management, resulting in the frequent breakdown of Penang Hill cable car, causing serious harm to Penang tourism economy and waste Taxpayer's money.
Tan Chuan Hong praised and compared the four volunteer fire brigade leaders and volunteer firefighters in the Bagan parliamentary district as "the world's first class". The reason is that although they have no salary, their pioneering spirit of disaster relief in serving the community is full of enthusiasm and selflessness. It is the perfect embodiment of great love, and they will not make mistakes in emergency relief work, which proves proper management. On the other hand, the senior officials of the Pakatan Harapan Government receive high salaries but do nothing, causing Penang tourists; unsatisfaction after visiting Penang Hill.
He said that the Penang Hill Cable Car, which can carry up to 1,000 passengers per hour, is the fastest cable car in Southeast Asia. It was handed over to the Penang Pakatan Rakyat government in March 2011 by MCA Vice President Ng Yen Yen. At that time, it was also announced that 5 million ringgit would be allocated to the Penang Pakatan Rakyat government to build a modern multi-storey car park. However, the parking lot was ridiculed as "Kancil", it did not meet the specifications and was forced to be demolished and rebuilt. This was an unprovoked waste of nearly 12 million ringgit in tax payments. This showed Pakatan Harapan’s improper management, incompetence and failure in governance.
He made the above remarks when the MCA Penang CRSM Volunteer Group distributed masks and hand sanitizers to 4 voluntary fire brigades under the Bagan Parliamentary Constituency. The 4 voluntary fire brigades are from Jalan New Ferry in Butterworth, Raja Uda, Bagan Ajam and Sungai Puyu.
Head of the MCA Penang CRSM Volunteer Group, Edmond Mah, thanked the MCA head office administrative for their efforts to raise materials at all MCO stages, so that many volunteer groups, front line volunteers and poor families received funding for their basic needs.
MCA Penang CRSM GoCare Crowdfunding Network Director, Tan Ming Huan explained that voluntary groups that need to raise funds, poor families, disabled or vulnerable patients suffering from critical illnesses, can raise funds through the GoCare crowdfunding platform to get out of trouble. He also called out enthusiasts to pay attention to the crowdfunding platform, donate enthusiastically in order to benefit those in need and show the spirit of great love. He also welcomes those who need assistance to contact him (mobile number 0124742950) and visit the official website https://gocare.org.my/.
